O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins because of Thy just punishments, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all-good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.

O my God, I firmly believe that you are one God in three divine Persons,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe that your divine Son became man,
died for our sins, and that he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe these and all the truths which the holy Catholic Church teaches,
because you who have revealed them, who can neither deceive nor be deceived. Amen.

O my God, relying on your infinite power, goodness, and mercy, and on your sacred promises, to which you are always faithful, I confidently hope to obtain pardon of all my sins; grace to serve you faithfully in this life by doing the good works you have commanded, and eternal happiness in the next; through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

O my God, I love you above all things, with my whole heart and soul, because you are all-good and worthy of all love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of you. I forgive all who have injured me, and ask pardon of all whom I have injured. Amen.

O my God, relying on your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of your grace, and life everlasting through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

O my divine Lord, I offer you my body and its senses, my soul and its faculties, my heart and its sentiments. My thoughts, me desires, my words, my actions, my whole being are yours. Since you have given yourself wholly to me, can I do less than give myself wholly to you? Grant me, O divine Jesus, to persevere in your holy love. Give me a still greater sorrow for my past sins, and strengthen the sincere resolution I have formed never again to offend you. Amen.

Give me yourself, O my God, give yourself to me. Behold I love you, and if my love is too weak a thing, grant me to love you more strongly. I cannot measure my love to know how much it falls short of being sufficient, but let my soul hasten to your embrace and never be turned away until it is hiddeen in the secret shelter of your presence. This only do I know, that it is not good for me when you are not with me, when you are only outside me. I want you in my very self. All the plenty in the world which is not my God is utter want. Amen.

O Lord, my God, from this day I accept from your hand willingly and with submission, the kind of death that it may please you to send me, with all its sorrows, pains, and anguish. Into your hands, O Lord, I commend my spirit.

Thank you, O God, for hearing my prayer and granting my request. Thank you for all the kindness You have shown me. Thank you, Father, for your great love in giving me my life, for your great patience in preserving me despite my sinfulness, for your protection in the past and for the opportunity to serve and honor you in the future. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for keeping me numberless times from sin and death by the toils of your life, the sufferings of your Passion, and by your victorious Resurrection. Thank you, Holy Spirit of God, for bestowing so many graces upon my soul and for having so frequently renewed your life within me. May my life, from now on, be a sign of my gratefulness. Amen.

Jesus, Son of God and our Savior, have mercy on all who wound your Sacred Heart by sin, unfaithfulness, and neglect. O loving Heart of Jesus,
broken by our ingratitude, pierced by our sins, yet loving us still, accept in reparation the suffering I now make to you of all that I am and all that I have.
Draw me ever nearer to your Sacred Heart: there where I can learn best.
Teach me, Jesus, your blessed way to eternal life. Amen.

God our Father, your power brings us to birth, your providence guides our lives, and by your command we return to dust. Lord, those who die still live in your presence; their lives change but do not end. I pray in hope for my family, relatives, and friends, and for all the dead known to you alone. In company with Christ, who died and now lives, may they rejoice in your kingdom, where all our tears are wiped away. Unite us together again in one family to sing your praise forever and ever. Amen.

O God, great and omnipotent judge of the living and the dead, we are to appear before you after this short life to render an account of our works. Give us the grace to prepare for our last hour by a devout and holy life, and protect us against a sudden and unprovided death. Let us remember our frailty and mortality, that we may always live in the ways of Your commandments. Teach us to watch and pray, that when your summons comes for our departure from this world, we may go forth to meet you, experience a merciful judgment, and rejoice in everlasting happiness. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Merciful God, take pity on those souls who have no friends and intercessors to recommend them to you; who, either through the negligence of those who are alive, or through length of time, are forgotten by their friends and by all. Spare them, O Lord, and remember your own mercy, when others forget to appeal to it. Let not the souls which you have created be parted from you, their Creator. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

May Christ, who was crucified for your sake, free you from unbearable pain. May Christ, who died for you, free you from the death that never ends. May Christ, the Son of the living God, set you in the loveliness of his Paradise. May he, the true Shepherd, recognize you as one of his own. May you see your Redeemer face to face and stand in his presence forever. May you see with joyful eyes Truth revealed in all its fullness. Amen.

Almighty and Everlasting God, preserver of souls, who corrects those whom you love, and for their betterment tenderly chastises those whom you receive, we call upon you to grant your healing, that the soul of your servant, at the hour of its departure from the body, may by the hands of your holy Angels be presented without spot unto you. Amen.

Dearest Jesus, who wept at the death of your friend and taught that they who mourn shall be comforted, grant us the comfort of your presence in our loss.
Send Your Holy Spirit to direct us lest we make hasty or foolish decisions.
Send Your Spirit to give us courage lest through fear we recoil from living.
Send Your Spirit to bring us your peace lest bitterness, false guilt, or regret take root in our hearts. The Lord has given. The Lord has taken away.
Blessed be the name of the Lord. Amen.

Almighty and loving Father, I thank you for giving St. Rita to us as a most appealing model and powerful friend. By her example, she showed us how to love and trust you. You have showered many blessings on those who call upon her. For your greater glory and my well-being, please grant me the favors which I ask in her name. (Here mention them privately). St. Rita,  intercede for me before the throne of God. Draw near to that throne and do not leave it until you have been heard. To you I address my fervent prayers. Graciously accept them and let me experience in some way the effects of your powerful intercession. Amen.
